Purchasing and Shipping

Given the differences in the devices we use and settings, there are bound to be slight alterations in colour and appearance. I do my best to keep the images as near as possibly accurate. Such differences are not a valid reason for return.

I aim to pack and dispatch original paintings within 5 days. Within the UK they will be delivered by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight. I typically use UPS or similar signed for delivery service. Please let me know if your painting has not arrived in 8 days from purchase.

International shipping:

I am not yet shipping overseas but plan to do so in the near future so if there is a piece you love and you are not in the UK, please let me know.

Standard Returns & Refunds Policy:

I want you to be happy with your painting so I will accept its return if you are disappointed. Please contact me within 14 days to request a return. powellinda7@gmail.com.

Once a return is agreed must be packaged and shipped at your expense, in the same condition and by the same courier who delivered it to you. I will refund payment once I have received the painting undamaged. Refunds are processed back to the card you purchased with. Please note shipping costs are non refundable.
